Peter Cranko

Peter Cranko is a management consultant and founder of PSC Partners, with a focus on social policy and organisational issues. He has over 20 years’ experience working in human services, not-for-profit and government sectors on organisation reform and strategy projects. Recently Peter has been involved in the health, ageing, community and government sectors.

Peter works with organisations to consult their stakeholders and customers, analyse their operating environment and current performance and then develop new strategies and practical implementation frameworks.

Until recently Peter was a Director at Elton Consulting where he led their ‘strategy, social policy and research practice’. Previously he has worked in the not-for-profit sector, as a strategy consultant in Monitor Company and Deloitte. He has also held corporate strategy roles in the senior executive service in Premiers’ Departments in NSW and South Africa. He has an M.Sc. planning and public policy degree.
